Flex Your Future

With Flex My Career

You know you’re ready for something more.

Let’s explore what’s possible… and how to make it happen.

You want work that feels more like you. More flexibility in how you spend your time. More opportunities to use your strengths, earn income and build something you care about.

But between your job, your responsibilities and keeping up with everything that’s changing, it can be hard to see where to start.

Join Alysia Lee Asp and special guests for three practical sessions to explore your direction, rethink how you work and start shaping what comes next.

You can appreciate what you have and still want something different

Maybe you’ve worked hard to get where you are. You’re capable. People depend on you. On paper, things may look pretty good.

And yet, something feels off.

You’re busy, but you’re not sure you’re moving toward anything you actually want. You have skills you rarely get to use. Ideas you keep setting aside. A sense that there could be more to your working life than this.

Perhaps some of this feels familiar:

  • You want a change, but you don’t know what that change should be.
  • There are plenty of possibilities. Figuring out which ones fit you is the hard part.
  • Your work takes the best of your energy.
  • By the time you have space for your own ideas, you’re too tired to do much with them.
  • You keep hearing about AI, but you need it to be useful.
  • You want to know how it can help with your actual work, not add another thing to learn.
  • You’ve thought about starting something of your own.
  • But choosing an idea, explaining your value and finding customers can feel like a lot.
  • You want more flexibility without putting everything at risk.
  • You need steps that fit around the life and responsibilities you already have.

These are the things we’ll work on together.

Session 1 of 3

October 6 · Align

Get clearer about what you want and why it matters

When something feels wrong in your work, it’s tempting to start looking for a different job, a new qualification or a business idea.

But without understanding what’s missing, you can put a lot of effort into another direction that still doesn’t fit.

We’ll start with you.

Through guided reflection and an introduction to Ikigai, you’ll explore what matters to you, where your strengths come into play and what you want your work to make possible in your life.

You’ll also hear from coaching clients who have used this clarity to develop side businesses. We’ll connect their experiences to questions you can apply to your own decisions.

You’ll start to:

  • Recognize what feels out of alignment in your current work.
  • Describe what you want more of in your next chapter.
  • Explore career and income possibilities that fit your strengths and priorities.

Your Flex Action Plan begins with a clearer direction.

Session 2 of 3

October 7 · Refine

Make room for what matters by improving how you work

It’s hard to think about your future when your working day uses up everything you have.

The repetitive tasks. The unclear expectations. The back-and-forth that takes longer than the work itself. The things you put off because you really don’t enjoy doing them.

You may not be able to change your whole job overnight. But there are parts of the way you work that you can begin to change.

We’ll explore the human side through mindset, psychology, communication and team dynamics. Then we’ll look at how practical AI can support you with the tasks that take up your time and attention.

You’ll work with frustrations from your own day, so the learning has somewhere to go.

You’ll start to:

  • Identify the tasks and working patterns that drain you.
  • Explore changes to expectations, communication and collaboration.
  • Find practical uses for AI that support a better working day.

Your Flex Action Plan grows into changes you can try at work.

Session 3 of 3

October 8 · Build

Give your skills and ideas somewhere to go

You may have more to offer than your current job allows you to show.

Perhaps people already come to you for advice or help. Perhaps you have an idea for a service, a side business or something you’d love to teach. Or perhaps you want your experience to be more visible so the right opportunities can find you.

The challenge is turning “I could do something with this” into a starting point.

With special guest Elaine Chew, we’ll explore how to connect your strengths with people who could benefit from them, communicate your value and begin testing what you could build. We’ll also look at how AI can help you develop and refine your ideas.

You’ll start to:

  • Recognize possibilities for side businesses and additional income.
  • Put clearer language around your strengths and personal brand.
  • Choose practical steps to explore an idea before making a bigger commitment.

Your Flex Action Plan becomes a starting point for what comes next.

October 6–8 · 8–9 PM China Standard Time / 8–9 AM U.S. Eastern Time (EDT)

You don’t have to figure it all out during three calls

These sessions are a place to begin.

You’ll have time to reflect, try things, ask questions and connect the ideas to your own situation. Bring a notebook and something you’d like to change. It can be as simple as a task you dread, an idea you keep coming back to or a feeling that your work could fit you better.

Across the three nights, your Flex Action Plan will help you connect:

  1. What you want
  1. What you can improve
  1. What you’re ready to explore or build

You can take those steps at a pace that works with your responsibilities.

Alysia Lee Asp

Founder of Flex My Career · AI Integration Strategist · Creative Innovation Coach

My work brings together career coaching, education, creative thinking and practical AI.

I help people get clearer about what they want, recognize possibilities in the skills they already have and work out how to move forward.

I’ll lead all three nights, with special guests contributing real examples and experience—including coaching clients on October 6 and Elaine Chew on October 8.

We’ll make space for the bigger questions about your future, while keeping the next steps practical enough to use.

Keep building with Flex My Career

It’s easy to leave an event feeling inspired and then return to the same busy week.

Following through takes learning, practice, support and somewhere to bring the questions that come up along the way.

That’s why I’ve built Flex My Career.

Our professional development membership platform connects four areas that often need to work together:

Flex My Career: Get clearer about your direction and the work you want.

Flex My Business: Develop your ideas, offers and income possibilities.

Flex My Tech: Build practical confidence with AI and technology.

Flex My Team: Improve communication, collaboration and how work gets done.

During the event, I’ll show you how the courses, live learning and community can support the next steps you identify.

You’ll also hear about the Flex Foundational Member offer, including special paid membership pricing and limited coaching bonuses with me.

The three launch sessions are free. Joining the membership is optional.

Your future deserves some space in your calendar

You don’t need to leave your job, launch a business or have a perfect plan before you begin exploring what comes next.

Give yourself time to think about what you want—and support to start doing something with it.
